You are responsible for the activity in your account and for keeping your login secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the service in your region.
Your first circle is free for life for up to 10 members. Larger circles and additional features may require a paid plan. Pricing and plan details are shown before you upgrade.
Use CircleUs to coordinate with people who want to be in your circle. Do not use it to harass, abuse, or harm others, to share illegal content, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
You own the content you create. You give us the limited permission needed to store and display it to your circle so the service can work. You are responsible for the content you share.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. By using CircleUs you also agree to that policy.
We work to keep CircleUs reliable, but we provide the service as is and cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may update or change features over time.
You can stop using CircleUs and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or to protect the service and its users.
To the extent allowed by law, CircleUs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make material changes, we will let you know, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
