CircleUs is built so your group can coordinate in private. We do not sell your data, we do not run ads, and your messages are end to end encrypted. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
We collect the information you give us when you create a circle and use the service:
We use your information to provide the service, sync your circles across devices, send the reminders and notifications you ask for, keep accounts secure, and improve how CircleUs works. We do not use your content to build advertising profiles.
Location sharing is opt in for every member and off by default. You decide when to share, with which circle, and you can stop sharing at any time in one tap. We do not sell or share location data with third parties.
We share content only with the members of the circles you belong to. We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate the platform, and they are bound to protect your data. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety of people using CircleUs.
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete content or your entire account at any time, and we will remove it from our active systems within a reasonable period.
We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, and your messages are end to end encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, so we encourage strong, unique passwords.
CircleUs is not directed at children under the age required in your region. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will remove it.
You can access, correct, export, or delete your information from your account settings, and you can manage notifications and location sharing at any time.
